Your $500 threshold is tracked separately for each calendar month, not on a rolling or ongoing basis. All qualifying Upwork payments need to land in your Elevate Pay account between the 1st and the last day of the same month to be added together. If your total reaches $500 by the end of that month, you qualify for that month's reward. If it doesn't, those payments don't carry over, and your eligibility starts over at $0 on the 1st of the next month.
