The Upwork Reward Campaign helps eligible Elevate Pay users offset Upwork's $2.99 Direct to U.S. Bank withdrawal fee. Starting September 1, 2026, if you receive your Upwork earnings into your Elevate Pay U.S. bank account and receive at least $500 in total from Upwork within the same calendar month, you can receive one $2.99 reward for that month. The reward comes from Elevate Pay, not Upwork, and is credited directly to your account. Only payments received on or after September 1, 2026 count toward the campaign.
