Step 2: Tap ‘Claim’
You’ll see a button that says ‘Claim your USD Account’—just tap to continue.
Step 3: Accept the Terms
Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, US PATRIOT Act notice, and give your consent.
Step 4: Review and Confirm Your Info
You’ll see your name, date of birth, and ID number pre-filled.
Double-check everything. If something’s off, reach out to our support to update it.
Step 5: Upload Your ID
Scan National ID or Passport.
Step 6: Take a Selfie
Take a selfie as guided by the prompt on the screen.
Step 7: Submit and Wait for Review
Once submitted, our compliance team will review your documents. If everything looks good, your account will be created shortly, if we need more information, we may reach out to you for additional documents.
