We understand how frustrating it can be to receive an account rejection. Unfortunately, we sometimes must do this to maintain service quality for existing customers.
Here is what you need to know:
- Elevate accounts aren't your typical USD accounts for everyone.
- They're specifically designed for freelancers and remote workers who earn income in USD.
- Our goal is to help freelancers get paid for their work and facilitate money transfers back home.
Why Rejections Happen:
- If our onboarding team didn't receive enough evidence that you're a freelancer or remote worker, or if there's insufficient proof of previous USD income, your application may be rejected. - Insufficient Freelancer Validation:
- If our onboarding team is unable to validate your freelancer account on the applicable freelancer platform, your application may be rejected.
- We rely on this validation to ensure that Elevate accounts are genuinely serving freelancers and remote workers. - Document Authenticity Concerns:
- Sometimes, the documents provided raise authenticity concerns.
- If any of the documents appear altered or lack credibility, it can lead to rejection.
- We prioritize maintaining the integrity of our services.
