To close your account you should contact help@elevatepay.co requesting that your account be closed. The following process will then begin:
- Elevate customer support will contact you, validate your identity and confirm you would like to close your account.
- An email confirmation will be sent of the request to close the account.
- Before the account can be closed you must move withdraw all funds so that the balance is $0. This can be done through sending money internationally, or to another domestic account.
Note : This is a non-reversible process. To open another account you would need to sign up and go through the KYC process again.
