To close your account you should contact help@elevatepay.co requesting that your account be closed. The following process will then begin:
- Elevate customer support will contact you, validate your identity and confirm you would like to close your account.
- An email confirmation will be sent of the request to close the account.
- Before the account can be closed you must move withdraw all funds so that the balance is 0. This can be done through card spend, sending money internationally, or to another domestic account.
Note : This is a non-reversible process. To open another account you would need to sign up and go through the KYC process again.
