If you believe a fraudulent transaction has been committed or you do not recognise a transaction you must :
- Freeze your card through your app in the "Cards" section.
- Immediately contact Elevate on help@elevatepay.co or call Elevate support.
Elevate may lock your account while the transaction is being investigated.
