If you think you're account has been compromised, or you don't recognise a transaction and believe it to be suspicious :
- Freeze your card through your app in the "Cards" section if you still have access to the app.
- Immediately contact Elevate on help@elevatepay.co or call Elevate support.
- Elevate will lock your account and immediately begin an investigation. Once our investigation is complete we will contact you with more information.
